Vehicle Purchase Terms & Conditions (UK) We Pay Better Than Scrap. These Terms and Conditions govern the sale of vehicles to We Pay Better Than Scrap. By selling a vehicle to us, you confirm that you are the legal owner or authorised to sell the vehicle, that the information provided is accurate, and that ownership transfers upon completion of the sale and receipt of the agreed payment

Payment
Collection arrangements are agreed with the seller. Vehicles must be accurately described and available at the agreed location
Payment for a vehicle will be made using a method agreed between We Pay Better Than Scrap and the Seller prior to completion of the transaction.
The agreed purchase price may be revised where the vehicle is found to differ materially from the description provided by the Seller.
Ownership of the vehicle transfers to We Pay Better Than Scrap upon completion of the sale and receipt of the agreed payment.
